The Ashland Fly Shop Return Policy
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If not, The Ashland Fly Shop will offer a full refund of the purchase price of eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. Please review our return policy.
Eligible Returns
Returns items must be unworn, unopened, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/ or labels.
Return Refusals
The Ashland Fly Shop reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. Discounted items are not eligible for return. The Ashland Fly Shop will not accept the return of damaged Fly Fishing products. We will not accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns on items that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.
Shipping Fee Returns
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.We are human! In the event that we ship you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.
Restocking Fee
Returns of items that received Free Shipping (orders over $99 shipped to the continental United States) are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Warranties
All items are protected by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Misc. Return Information
Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.
